Migraine Treatment

Perhaps because doctors have hectic schedules and are under

pressure to make sure their patients attain a level of well being, they

sometimes tend to dismiss headaches and migraines as non lifethreatening

conditions and are quick on the trigger in prescribing

Headaches & Migraines

There are many factors that can cause or trigger a migraine.
These triggers can be certain foods in our diet, internal triggers,

food sensitivity causes chemical changes in the body when a certain
food is ingested.
Not one agent causes the headache or migraine, but possibly a
combination of biochemicals – natural or artificial – that act during
times of high susceptibility. Owing to the presence of these factors,

eating a piece of chocolate may cause a migraine at one time but not
at another time. The amount also matters. Eating one or two
chocolate squares may not cause a migraine, but eating a whole box
would.15
